Islet
In late 2021 the institution acquired the right to use, make fires and camp on an islet close to Örö island. The barren islet serves as a port where I.C.W.D launches investigation to the rapid changes impacting the Baltic Sea. The organization has established the islet as a platform for experimenting with methods for coping with destruction. I.C.W.D aims to produce a borehole spring and a set of sculpturesque docking structures on the site. The islet and it’s infrastructure will be accessible for audiences all year round. These devices will help visitors to monitor the sea and cope.
